Terms and Conditions
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have at least 6m x 6m (for the 4m) and 7m x 7m (for the 5m) of lawn space for the tent and guy ropes. If on the day of setup there is not enough space the deposit is non refundable
- A minimum deposit of £75 is taken at the time of booking via secure payment link
- The balance is paid 48 hours before set up day by secure payment link
- A security deposit is also taken on set up day of £200 to protect against damages and breakables
- Security deposit is refunded upon safe collection
- Deposits can be transferred to another date if given 28 days notice or more
- For cancellations of between 27-21 days 50% of the deposit is lost
- For cancellations of between 20-0 days 100% of the deposit is lost
- Please have your liquids in a sealed drinks bottle to avoid spillages and keep messy food to a minimum, just snacks are best
- For sleepovers with more than 2 people I’m afraid there’s no room for your fur babies, for a couple glamping then a small well behaved dog can sleep in their own bed in the tent but please no jumping on the inflatable furniture
- Ideally you will have an outside socket for power supply to the tent otherwise the cable will run from your house, this means you are prepared to leave your window ajar
- The tent is waterproof however, hire can only be weather permitting – if high winds or thunderstorms are predicted on the day of your event your deposit can be moved to another day or refunded
- Strictly No Smoking inside the tent or any naked flames
- For distances over 10miles from Peterborough a surcharge of £1 per mile each way is added.
